Commercial and domestic building services

New builds, extensions, fit-outs and refurbishment, run as one package with one point of contact.

Finished two-storey new-build house with a stone porch
Exposed oak-frame roof trusses over a double-height room

We build the parts of a building people touch every day: doors, frames, stairs and panelling.

So we choose timber for how it will wear in ten years, not how it looks on handover day.

How a commission runs.

  1. Empty stairwell before a new staircase is fitted

    Survey

We visit, measure and talk through what you want, then send a written scope.

  2. First-floor plan drawing showing bedrooms, bathroom, ensuite and staircase

    Drawings

Detailed drawings and a fixed quote. Nothing is cut until you sign them off.

  3. Curved timber handrail section being shaped on a bench

    Making

Joinery is made to the approved drawings, in the timber and finish you chose.

  4. Oak staircase with glass balustrade at the final fitting stage

    Fitting

Fitters install, protect the rooms they work in and clear up before handover.

Common questions.

Which areas do you cover?

London, Kent, Surrey and Essex, for private homes, managed buildings and main contractors.

How long does bespoke joinery take?

It depends on the scope. Your quote includes a programme covering drawing approval, making and fitting.

Can you inspect the fire doors in a building we manage?

Yes. We inspect doors in flats, offices and commercial buildings and send a written report with photos and recommended fixes.

Do you supply windows or only fit them?

Both. We measure on site, order your windows to the correct sizes and fit them, including premium brands such as VELFAC and Reynaers.

Do you take on small maintenance jobs?

Yes, for existing clients and managed buildings. Planned maintenance contracts are also available.
